Sendmore's central innovation is the "pending diffs" workflow:
1. The AI analyzes your full recording (transcript + video + audio).
2. It proposes a list of changes: cuts, captions, chapters, audio cleanup, color adjustments, B-roll, and graphics.
3. Each proposed change appears in a review queue.
4. The user approves or rejects each change individually, or accepts/rejects all at once.
5. Only approved changes are applied to the timeline.

This means: **zero blind AI edits, ever.**
